Description:
Primo is produced in the Hyblaean Mountains (southeast Sicily) from ancient PDO-certified plants growing at 350-450 meters above sea level in a hilly area with a southerly exposure. Variety: 100% Tonda Iblea.

Harvest: Hand-picked. From September 15th to October 30th.

Appearance: bright green.

Aroma: Balanced fruity with pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly mown grass and aromatic fresh herbs.

Taste/Aroma: Full of flavour, with a well-balanced bitter and spicy note, flavours of green tomato and fresh herbs.

Uses: grilled meat and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, raw on green and grilled vegetables.
