Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, pre-order or trial before purchase. Our cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription term and the frequency you select.
Your payment details are stored securely and a payment will be taken with each delivery, unless you choose to pay in full up front.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. You will find links to your orders in your order confirmation emails. You can manage your subscription there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is out of stock or that will be available soon but is not yet in stock. We may not collect payment or partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and collect the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a (partial) refund. For more information about returns and refunds, see our Returns Policy.
Try before you buy
When you purchase an item to try first, we authorize your payment method before we process the order. You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period has expired and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
