Premium Olive Oil Wholesale & Export from the Netherlands

Wholesale & export · for importers and distributors

20+ European producers.
One pallet. One invoice.

Premium extra virgin olive oil from Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey, plus Modena balsamic, consolidated into mixed pallets and shipped from Rotterdam with complete EU export documentation.

An importer's problem is rarely finding good olive oil. It is dealing with ten producers separately: ten minimum order quantities, ten invoices, ten sets of export paperwork, ten shipments to coordinate. Most small award-winning mills simply cannot serve an importer who wants three cases to test the market.

Olijfoliemarkt reduces that to one shipment. We are an olive oil importer and distributor in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, with a curated range of more than twenty award-winning family producers in Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey — not supermarket brands. You choose the brands and formats; we pack, palletise and handle the export documents. We already ship pallets to South Korea.

Why importers work with us

Four things a single producer cannot offer you — and a bulk trader will not.

Test before you commit

Build one pallet with six to twelve brands at one to three cases each. Find out what sells in your market before ordering a full pallet from any single producer.

One supplier, one set of documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificates of analysis per lot and health certificates where required — all from one counterparty.

Award-winning, not anonymous

Small family mills and acetaie from Puglia, Sicily, Umbria, Jaén, Córdoba, Crete, the Turkish Aegean and Modena, with harvest date and variety on the label. Oils that appear in Flos Olei, NYIOOC and Gambero Rosso.

Olive oil and balsamic together

Modena IGP and DOP balsamic ships on the same pallet as the olive oil, so one importer registration and one shipment cover both categories.

Consolidation is the product

Every producer in our range bottles the current harvest and prints the harvest date on the label. We buy from the new harvest and do not hold old stock, so what arrives at your warehouse is the same oil we sell to our own customers in the Netherlands.

Because we already import from all of these producers for our own retail business, we can put three cases of a Sicilian DOP next to three cases of a Jaén Picual, two cases of a Cretan Koroneiki and a case of Modena balsamic on one pallet — something none of those producers could do for you individually.

What goes on the pallet

The categories we export. Brands and lots are listed on the line sheet, which we send on request.

Frantoi Cutrera Primo DOP extra virgin olive oil from Sicily

Italian olive oil

Single-estate extra virgin from Puglia (Coratina, Peranzana), Sicily (Nocellara del Belice, Tonda Iblea, DOP Monti Iblei) and Umbria. 250, 500 and 750 ml, plus 3 L tins.

Oro Bailén extra virgin olive oil from Jaén

Spanish olive oil

Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca from Jaén and Córdoba: organic single-varietal oils with measured polyphenol content, from family mills, not cooperatives. 250 ml to 5 L tins.

Cretan Heritage organic extra virgin olive oil from Crete

Greek and Turkish olive oil

Organic Koroneiki from Crete (Cretan Heritage) and early-harvest Hermus from the Turkish Aegean, in 500 ml bottles and 3 L and 5 L tins for food service.

Balsamic vinegar of Modena ageing in wooden barrels

Balsamic vinegar of Modena

Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP and Tradizionale DOP from family acetaie, 100 to 500 ml, plus condimenti and glazes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order less than a full pallet from one producer?

Yes — that is the point of the mixed pallet. You can take as little as one case of a brand, as long as the total order fills one pallet. Most first orders combine eight to twelve brands.

Which brands are on the line sheet?

More than twenty award-winning family producers from Puglia, Sicily, Umbria, Jaén, Córdoba, Crete, the Turkish Aegean and Modena. The exact list depends on your country: brands that already have an exclusive distributor there are left out, so you never compete with an existing importer.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. We put together a sample set of the brands you shortlist and send it by courier at cost. Most importers taste first, then build the pallet from the line sheet.

How are trade prices set?

Prices are quoted per case, in EUR, ex warehouse Amstelveen, on the line sheet. Larger volumes and repeat orders move to better tiers. There are no consumer prices on trade orders.

Do you provide the documents my importer needs for registration?

Yes. We supply producer facility details, certificates of analysis per lot, a certificate of origin and, where required, health certificates. For Korea this covers what the importer needs for MFDS foreign facility registration; for the US we support FDA prior notice.

How do I verify quality?

Every lot comes with a certificate of analysis: free acidity, peroxide value, UV absorbance (K232, K270) and, where the producer measures it, polyphenol content. Harvest date is printed on the bottle, not only on the paperwork.

How fresh is the oil, and what is the shelf life?

We buy from the current harvest and do not hold old stock. Best-before dates are typically 18 months from bottling; we ship with the longest remaining shelf life available for each lot and state it on the line sheet.

How does shipping to Asia work?

We hand over EXW Amstelveen or FOB Rotterdam to your freight forwarder; if you do not have one, we can introduce a forwarder we work with. Sea freight from Rotterdam to Busan or Tokyo typically takes five to six weeks; air freight is possible for samples and small urgent orders.

Can you apply local-language labels?

On request. Send us the artwork and we will discuss applying stickers before loading, so the goods arrive ready for customs release.

Can I get exclusivity for a brand in my country?

For brands that are not yet represented in your country, exclusivity can be discussed after a first order and against an agreed annual volume. We do not grant exclusivity on a first pallet.

What are the payment terms?

EUR, 30% on order confirmation and 70% before loading. Bank transfer; a pro-forma invoice follows the confirmed pallet plan.

Do you also do private label?

Yes, for larger volumes, with selected producers. See our private label page or mention it in your enquiry.
